Wednesday, District Attorney Tony Rackauckas and his 2014 challenger former Deputy DA Todd Spitzer conducted dueling press confrernces. The DA, finally breaking his silence over what his problems with Todd Spitzers performance were, and Spitzer countering with his own allegations aginst the DA and his office. I was unable to attend the press conferences, something about the fact I have a full time job and need to do it instead of taking time off to watch these two fight it out in the playground kept me away. Crime victims call on California Attorney General to investigate OC Public Guardian

In a 9 am press conference this morning Crime Survivors, Inc. and Orange County crime victims to called upon California Attorney General Jerry Brown to formally investigate Orange County Public Guardian John S. Williams for his effort to raise revenue to solve his office’s budget deficit problems by pressuring victims to give up control over their personal assets.
