UPDATE: LiberalOC Lawsuit against Art Pedroza

As we mentioned last week, TheLiberalOC has filed suit against Art Pedroza owner of the Orange Juice Blog for cybersquatting and trademark infringement. Art Pedroza was personally served at 3:45pm today.

Thinking Liberally Media, Inc., the parent corporation of TheLiberalOC, along with Madison Alexander Public Relations, Inc. and several other parties filed a federal lawsuit today against Art Pedroza and the Orange Juice Blog. The suit alleges several violations of federal law including cybersquatting and copyright infringement.
