No Deal Reached Yet; Legislature Adjourns for Night
The LA Times is reporting the budget deal isn’t a done deal. The Governor will lay off 10,000 state workers tomorrow. So given a choice of higher taxes or a layoff, I’m sure those state workers are so pleased with the Republicans right now.
