Quach Pleads Guilty to All Counts

Westminster city council member Andy Quach has pleaded guilty to all counts associated with his drunk driving arrest. HT to Bolsavik for the news. Councilman “Smiley”was sentenced to 10 days Caltrans work, three years of informal probation, fines and fees of about $2,000, and a 9-month alcohol awareness program Quatch did not appear in court personally.
