In this week’s address, President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama wished everyone a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays. They also thanked our brave troops and their families for their service and sacrifice, and reminded everyone to visit JoiningForces.gov to find ways to give back to our military families this year.

The agreement reached this past weekend between the west and Iran sets a six month time-table and a stepping stone towards a peaceful resolution. But Congressman Ed Royce, Chairman of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, does not think it’s time to negotiate.

More than 50 activists and counter protesters gathered at 1 p.m. outside the office of Congressman Ed Royce on Tuesday to demand he change his positions on immigration and support President Barack Obama’s reform plan that would clear a path to citizenship for millions of illegal immigrants.
