This last Sunday I was contacted by a person who was doing polling for political races. This one focused on Santa Ana, particularly the Mayor’s race. The person began by going over a list of names and organizations and wanted to know if I Approved (Strongly or Somewhat), Disapproved (Strongly or Somewhat) or No Opinion.

Today the Voice of OC released the first of their polls for the June primary election. In this poll, conducted by the Voice of OC/Probolksy Research polling project, Voice of OC reveals not only the ranking of the candidates, but the data behind those results. Sheriff Sandra Hutchens holds a double-digit lead over her closest rival as the June 8 election nears and preparations begin for the final months of the campaign, according to the results of a Voice of OC/Probolsky Research poll released Wednesday.
