I was going to let this go, partially out of pity for a guy who jumped into political quicksand and can’t seem to find something to grab hold of to pull himself out. But unfortunately Jose “Joe” Moreno keeps wading deeper and deeper into the mud.

Last week, ProPublica released an investigative report that alleged that Democratic elected officials manipulated the redistricting process. The report is fatally flawed from the start due to the false premise that the Commission was designed to prevent elected officials from influencing the process.
