Thinking Liberally Media, Inc., the parent corporation of TheLiberalOC, along with Madison Alexander Public Relations, Inc. and several other parties filed a federal lawsuit today against Art Pedroza and the Orange Juice Blog. The suit alleges several violations of federal law including cybersquatting and copyright infringement.

An interesting opinion by an appeals court judge, which basically says that two parties who settle a dispute one of those parties is entitled to reimbursement of legal fees. Huh? I think the decision should be appealed because it frankly discourages settlements and encourages more costly litigation through the courts.
