QuachGate: The Misdemeanor Complaint

TheLiberalOC requested the police report for Andy Quach’s accident and arrest from the District Attorney. Apparently, police reports are not public record, and can only be given to those involved. However, they were kind enough to send us over the actual criminal (misdemeanor) complaint that was filed by the D.A.

QuachGate: I’ve still got some questions

On Sunday when I initially wrote about Andy Quach being arrested for allegedly driving under the influence I raised a couple questions… I have heard that at some point Quach was paid by Assemblyman Tran to do fundraising for him.  I haven’t been able to find any more details on this in the most recent filings,…

At first glance, the story of Andy Quach falling asleep at the wheel of his Mercedes S550 on Saturday night, mowing…

Westminster Councilman Quach Arrested

The Orange County Register has this story up on their main page. Initially I saw the story this morning about power being knocked out for 300 Westminster homes and didn’t read any further. My bad. Turns out the alleged drunk driver who hit the power pole last night was Westminster Councilman Andy Quach. Westminster councilman…

The death this month of 22-year-old Los Angeles Angels rookie pitcher Nick Adenhart – killed by a drunk driver just hours after making a spectacular season debut – has lead to outrage against drunk driving in general and in particular against the driver who killed Adenhart. The drunk driver who killed Adenhart — Andrew Thomas…
