Almost two months after the County of Orange Performance Auditor Steve Danley issued his scathing report on the failure of the County Human Resources Department to follow policies and procedures governing management pay and benefits, the Board committee tasked with responding to the report comes back today with a few recommendations.
On Tuesday, the Orange County Board of Supervisors established an ad hoc committee to review and correct the findings made by the Performance Auditor in his report on the County Human Resources Department. The committee members will be Supervisor’s Bates, Nelson, CEO Tom Mauk, Human Resources Director Carl Crown, and Performance Auditor Steve Danley.
