It seems that Congressional candidate Cecilia Iglesias, and Santa Ana City Councilman Sal Tinajero have a few things in common. Both of them have endorsed Art Pedroza for Santa Ana Unified School District Trustee and both of them are parents of 7 to 8 year-old male children. Art Pedroza thinks that men having sex with young boys is funny. He finds the topic so humorous that he linked unsuspecting visitors to his Orange Juice Blog to the main page of the North American Man/Boy Love Association (NAMBLA).

It’s pretty well established that “independent” CD-47 candidate Ceci Iglesias is running with little chance to win Loretta Sanchez’s congressional seat and is a candidate solely to siphon Latino/Latina votes from Sanchez, but she continues to step in it either…

Among those 300 women was Cecilia Iglesias, the self proclaimed Independent challenger to Congresswoman Loretta Sanchez. We have written since the start of her campaign that Cecilia Iglesias is nothing more than a Republican plant, funded clandestinely by supporters of Republican nominee Assemblyman Van Tran. We have pointed out the fact that Iglesias has posted pictures of herself with a variety of high profile Republicans on her website.

Sean Mill and I are friends. I know that sentence makes some of my co-bloggers here uneasy at best and angry at worst. I’ve never had a problem with Sean and I don’t think he’s had one with me. And even after we get through this post, I expect we’ll still be on speaking terms. And if we’re not, c’est la vie. But his post on the OJBlog yesterday warrants a response. The post is a “criticism” on Claudio W. Gallegos’ post about Ceci Iglesias’ campaign for Congress in CD-47 where it appears she’s being placed to draw votes from Rep. Loretta Sanchez.
