And to think, none of this controversy would have occurred at all if Lan Nguyen had simply followed the Brown Act in the first place. Instead he had to go and try to be sneaky, jumping through hoops in an attempt to skirt the law. All of that, just to set up who would be nominated for the officer positions on the Board.

Yesterday I wrote about the letter I sent to the Garden Grove Unified School District Board of Trustees regarding a violation of the Brown Act. At that time the audio for the January 5th meeting had not been posted. There is definitely more impact when you hear the voices as opposed to reading the transcripts of these meetings.
