Obama for America today released the first in a series of television advertisements that highlight President Obama’s commitment to issues important to women and their families. The new ad – “First Law” – illustrates President Obama’s belief that hard work should pay off for all Americans.
Yesterday afternoon, Obama for America’s Policy Director James Kvaal posted a blog item explaining how Mitt Romney’s new “repeal and replace” health care plan would once again allow health insurance companies to discriminate against people with pre-existing conditions and create millions of new uninsured Americans.
Today, Obama for America released a new television advertisement titled “Number One” that highlights Mitt Romney’s failed economic record as Governor of Massachusetts. As governor, Mitt Romney added $2.6 billion to the state’s debt, leaving Massachusetts more than $18 billion in debt and number one in per person debt of any state in the country.
In this week’s address, President Obama paid tribute to our men and women in uniform who have died in service to our country. The President also reaffirmed our nation’s dedication to serving our veterans as well as they have served us, and thanked our men and women in uniform for their unwavering commitment to the United States.
