Garden Grove Police Association Endorses Kim Nguyen for Garden Grove City Council


Garden Grove, Calif. – The Garden Grove Police Association has endorsed Kim Nguyen for Garden Grove City Council, District 6.  This distinguished and dedicated association of Garden Grove Police Officers represents over 150 men and women who keep our city safe and who have long proven their courage and devotion to serving the greater Garden Grove community.

The Garden Grove Police Department was founded in when the city incorporated in 1956 and its Officers have dutifully, diligently, and heroically protected our city for the 60 years of the city’s existence.

Heading into the future, new challenges face the Garden Grove Police Department as the city grows in population, and with the uptick in crime and gangs still plaguing our streets. As Councilwoman, Kim Nguyen will work to ensure our Police Department has the right staffing level and that the city’s Police Officers have the tools and training they need to meet the critical demands of protecting life and property. Because of her knowledge and skills, along with a strong commitment to public service, the Garden Grove Police Association stand behind Kim and see her as their public safety advocate on the City Council.
