For over 16 years, Lou represented the residents of Central Orange County, first as a state legislator and later as an Orange County Supervisor. He worked tirelessly to improve the lives of community members, build strong relationships with local leaders, and respond to the needs of his constituents. As a Congressman, I know that Lou will continue to get things done for Orange County, for California, and for America. I look forward to collaborating with Lou in Congress.”
