Deborah Pauly’s CCIR Speech Equates Democrats with Terrorists

Villa Park councilwoman Deborah Pauly is quickly turning into a national joke.  She was a keynote speaker at a Californa Coalition for Immigration Reform event last night and called out a member of the Villa Park Peace Coalition in her comments.

We were forwarded a copy of an email sent by Nadia Hassan, who attended last night’s event and was videotaping it.

She writes: “At the California Coalition for Immigration Reform event last night, Keynote speaker Deborah Pauly, stopped in midst of her speech and asked me to stop video taping.  From the stage, she asked me my name, and she publicly accused me of lying about my residence at Villa Park and Yorba Linda city council meetings.  She proceded with her inflammatory type speech, at one point stating that “Democracts are working with terrorist organizations.  Democrats are of the terrorists, for the terrorists, and by the terrorists“.  Astounded by her statement, my husband leaned over to me and said, “did she just say that”?

The audience was hostile and it was evident that we were not welcome.  At the end of her speech, she quickly asked to come off the stage during the public comment segment, with out taking any questions, so that she could talk to her new friends; Jamal and I.  She didnt expect us to be there and It was evident she was avoiding a public discourse between us.

In a semi-private discussion that lasted about 45 minutes, she accused me of stalking her, lying about my residence, and following her all over town, etc…  I was poised, calm, and stuck to the point.  When she couldnt answer my questions, she resorted to dirty tactics of baseless accusations.  Without asking, she took a picture of me in her phone.”

Nadia says there’s a lot more to tell and it’s clear she makes Pauly “very nervous.”

The comment about Democrats working in concert with Terrorists is simply outrageous.  Pauly should apologize.  I’m happy to provide Pauly with tons of documentation on connections between President Bush’s family and the Bin Laden family if she’d like.  But what’s clear is the Pauly hate speech parade continues.

At what point will Scott Baugh and prominent OC Republicans stand up and demand this woman resign her position with the County Party’s leadership post?

The truth is the new 2012 hate speech.

Fact: Islam declared war against all governments and all religions, (atheist included). Read the Koran. I recommend “The Meaning of The Holy Quran” by Abdullah Yusuf Ali, (ISBH 0-915957-76-0); pay close attention to the footnotes that differentiate the Mecca verses from the Medina verses, (note the change in doctrine concerning the Jews and Christians).

Fact: The two keynote speakers at the Muslim Yorba Linda fundraiser support terrorism. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=is29KAIHXfA&feature=related

Fact: Islam is the religion of hate; terrorism is a tactic; in America deception is the tactic of choice.

Robert, a guy named Yoda once said something that I think refers pretty accurately to both you and the terrorists.

“Fear is the path to the dark side. Fear leads to anger. Anger leads to hate. Hate leads to suffering.”

You fear Islam, for whatever stupid reason you have in your heart. Terrorists fear Western capitalism and representative democracy for their own reasons.

Try getting to know a real Muslim and stop pretending that all Muslims support terrorism throughout the world. Paint with a broad brush much?

        Yoda?

Yoda – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Yoda is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe, appearing in the second and third original films, as well as all three prequel trilogy films. …

        I would like to suggest:

The only “bad joke” is Nadia’s on-going attack on Deborah Pauly – particularly the comment about Democrats since they have attended every rally and defended the radical Islamic Muslim terrorists that Nadia champions.

The only hostility was from her husband Jamal who, when asked by one of our CCIR attendees to speak more quietly said, “I’m a black man and I could kick your ass ten times over.” Jamal then informed our CCIR member that he is the son of a Black Panther and a member of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Barbara, thanks for stopping by. You, along with Deborah Pauly, are under the mistaken impression the Democrtats defend terrorists.

      We don’t.

Normally I would wait until the rapture Ms. Coe, but I had to take this time to respond personally. I see all, I know all and you are lying about what Jamal said. You consider yourself a Christian woman, yet you break my commandments as if it comes easy to you. I tell you this now, I am going to enjoy tossing you into the eternal fire. You are one of the few souls I am going to personally laugh at when Satan forever tortures you. You are a dispicable human being and you do many of your actions in my name. You are filth, you always have been filth and I am ashamed to ever have created you. IN fact, looking at my records, I don’t think I did, you must have been one of Lucifer’s creations. I look forward to the day I can personally tell you go to hell and it will happen.

Ditto, JC. I was just gonna say about the same thing, but you do it with so much more authority!

Vern — deleting comments on OJ from my friends; if its true, why the purge; if your purging, must be true

          • May 29, 2011 at 10:51 am

Dan, the Orange Juice has a policy of allowing anonymous comments. Therefore a comment that aims to “out” the identity of an anonymous commenter will be deleted. It’s not just me who will do that, but my colleagues Larry, Geoff or Gabriel.

Those are your friends, huh? That’s too bad. I know they think they’ve figured out the identity of “kenlaysnotdead,” a lot of people do. I don’t know who the guys is that he’s supposed to be, but whether they’re right or not, I’m not leaving up the identity of some private citizen who might be choosing to comment anonymously or might not even be the anonymous commenter. Your “friends” should debate him on what he or she is saying, not who he or she might be.

Before you accuse me of a double standard, of allowing people like Guy Fawkes or DKMFan who seem to see “Dan” or “Matt” behind every hostile anonymous commenter (while a lot of other people see “Sean” or “Art” everywhere) – that’s just silly and amusing. I know, anyone who knows people’s writing style knows, that you and Chris and Matt don’t go trolling around writing anonymous vulgar comments. You’ve got better things to do just as I do.

So your buddies can come on and kick the shit out of kenlaysnotdead or DKMFan whenever they want, on the merits, but not try to claim they are so-and-so in real life. It’s against our anonymity policy. I understand both of those guys are obnoxious to you and Matt, and that they seem to have a hardon for you, but they also say some valuable, insightful and funny stuff the other half of the time. But you, me, and Matt are public figures. Let it rip (on us.)

            • May 29, 2011 at 10:58 pm

an anonymity policy Vern? Is that published anywhere? I tell my friends not to bother with your site or on commenting on who they believe Ken of DK is; I’d rather they not send you the traffic. But at the same time, I think they are playing the game by the rules you allow. But sadly for you, you are horribly inconsistent with that rule.

please [point out anything that Nadia said that wasn’t true

    • June 13, 2011 at 1:12 pm

Actually, her husband isn’t part of these groups. You’re making that up

  3. May 29, 2011 at 3:45 pm

Also please boys, since PAULY is sadly one of our county’s most well-known figures now, can we try to spell her name right?

    • May 29, 2011 at 4:32 pm

Thanks for the spell check Vern. For the record Dan had it right when he wrote the initial story. Yesterday when I was looking over the post I thought it was spelled wrong, and because a google search of the name with an “e” in it came up with a large number of hits, I made the incorrect assumption that it was spelled incorrectly.

    • May 29, 2011 at 11:01 pm

Geeze Louise. Let he who is without sin cast the first stone (I’m assuming you’ve heard that in church when you go, huh Vern…would you like a copy edit on all of your stories Vern? But hell, at least I didn’t call the councilwoman a dirty word…

      Thanks; I fixed it.

we had a fatal accident in my neighborhood over the weekend, well publicized by the OC Register. The driver’s second drunk driving arrest and he’s now held on a million dollars bail. I have zero esteem for drunk drivers and prefer they not kill innocents.

If you think DKMFan is Sean, then you are indeed a bonehead who probably can’t tell Poe from Hemingway.

That’s okay, there’s people at the Orange Juice who think every anonymous commenter that argues or criticizes them must secretly be Dan C or Matt.

      • June 1, 2011 at 8:50 am

The simple thing to do is stop allowing anonymous comments. But it only works if everyone does it.

I am frequently amused by the things I am “credited” with doing that I neither have the time nor imagination to do Vern.
