Hundreds of protestors and some supporters rally in Villa Park

Villa Park, CA — Close to 500 protestors showed up at the Villa Park City Council meeting on Tuesday to demand that Councilwoman Deborah Pauley apologize for her comments outside a Yorba Linda fundraiserfor an Islamic charity. At a special meeting on March 15th, the Villa Park City Council distanced itself from Pauley’s remarks, stopping short of censuring her for what has been called hate speech.

The Voice of OC’s Adam Elmahrek was at the meeting last night and filed an excellent report here.

    Chris,

I challenge you to view the Youtube video posted above and answer two questions.

Does the violent, hateful racist rhetoric of Malik-Ali deserve a response? And if so – what type of response would you feel is appropriate?
