Former Commissioner’s Campaign “Not to Vote” in Santa Ana Ward 2

Councilwoman Michele Martinez

Former Santa Ana Commissioner Tish Leon gives her personal recommendation on Santa Ana’s Ward 2 City Council election.

Voting is a privilege

Voting is your right

Voting for the right person is a must!

Voting for the wrong person is a tragedy

Michele Martinez, councilmember for Santa Ana Ward 2 is running unopposed, which makes one believe that she is doing a great job.

Wrong! Just these past few months proves that she can & has sold her votes on development projects & to remove fees for soccer leagues to use SA Parks.

These past 2 years proves that she can & has joined forces with Mayor Pulido.

Many residents believed when she was elected that she would stand her ground.

  • This gutsy young women who was fierce & made one believe she was for the people of this community.
  • This young women who challenged the Mayor & stale councilmember’s.
  • This young women who fought to have a gang intervention commission & won.
  • This young women who wanted the best for the youth of this city

This is why many residents support the campaign: “Do Not Vote for Michele Martinez.” She is going to win the seat, because she is running unopposed, but don’t give her a vote of support.

Send your message loud & clear:

We are not happy with your choices

We are not happy that you took money for a vote

We are not HAPPY!!

Leave Ward 2 blank

Do Not Vote for Michele Martinez

I voted for a write-in candidate in this race; Peewee Herman.

Vote Peewee Herman, write-in candidate, for Santa Ana council Ward 2!

Not a good idea to vote for fake canidates on paper ballots.

      just leave the contest blank.

Why take the risk of having your entire paper ballot tossed and all contests voided by playing games on one.

It’s actually better to leave it blank than to vote for an unqualified write in.
The counts will show a record low number of votes cast in the race, and that makes a better statement.

I hate to ask the obvious, but if the job performance is so unsatisfactory, why is this candidate running unopposed? Just doesn’t add up…

You can bet that after Amezcua wins and breaks the wicked spell Pulido has cast upon the council races, there WILL be good folks running in two years.

This “unopposed” seat is une more instance of how apathetic and pathetic is the mode in our city of santa ana. Vote for “new” and honest with integrity people. Collins for Mayor, Pham for ward 6th, embrace DIVERSITY!!!!!!!!!
