Miguel Pulido Fundraiser Packs Them In

Santa Ana Mayor Miguel Pulido hosted first first fundrasier of the 2010 election year at First American Title last week and it was a huge success.

More than 100 people showed up and the Mayor raised nearly $100K.  Every member of the current Santa Ana city council members were in attendance, along with Assemblyman Jose Solorio, who introduced Mayor Pulido, and OC Clerk Recorder Tom Daly.  Other notables in attendance included Dan Jacobson, Chair of the Democratic Foundation and Frank Barbaro, chair of the DPOC.

Some cleebrities came as well.  Mike Ness (and his wife Christine) of the band “Social Distortion” and members of the band “Sublime” were there.  The party was well attended by Santa Ana’s Latino community, African-American community, Vietnamese-American community, legal community, business leaders, labor (Santa Ana Fire and representatives from SEIU), and Board members of OCYD were invited as guests.

The event took place at First American Title.
