Leaving aside Tony’s paranoid belief that I recruit candidates, is this the same Tony Bushala who accuses the OC GOP of abandoning its principles? Who preens about his libertarianism? But it’s OK for Bushala to support a left-of-center Democrat who provided the passing vote for the largest tax increase in California history — breaking a “no new taxes” promise that was the centerpiece of his 2006 primary campaign?

Is that OK because Bushala used to bus tables with Correa? Cronyism is alright for Tony? Apparently, consistency of principle is only required of those Bushala dislikes.

So it’s permissible to lie about people and assassinate their characters if they are “decision-makers.” Well, for starters, I’m not a decision-maker, and neither is my wife. And you and your fellow ankle-biters lie about and smear us both.
