QuachGate: The 911 and Dispatch Audio
In an effort to fill some of the need for more information regarding the DUI accident last week involving Westminster Councilman Andy Quach, I have pulled together some of the audio from the 911 calls and dispatch communications from the Westminster Police Department.
In the dispatch communications you will hear first the initial pull over of a related suspected DUI at Brookhurst and McFadden. You will also here how the responding officer notified dispatch that the accident involved Councilman Quach and the notification that what was left of his Mercedes S550 had caught on fire.
How did you acquire the 911 tapes?
