Sanchez comes through with $13 million in federal funds

Anaheim and Santa Ana, which jointly administer the county’s Urban Areas Security Initiative, will get $12.8 million in homeland security funds to develop and implement anti-terrorism strategies, Rep. Loretta Sanchez, D-Garden Grove, announced today.

    Santa Ana’s Chief of Police Paul Walters and his bumbling keystone kops couldn’t catch illiterate gangbangers and don’t have the slightest clue how to implement anti-gang strategies, yet he’s been entrusted with keeping Orange County safe from terrorist.
