LATE BREAKING: Yes on H8 Campaign Seeks to Divorce Couples Against Their Will
Why am I surprised? Why are any of us surprised? Now with infamous bedroom investigator Ken Starr on board, the Yes on H8 campaign argued in its legal brief to the state supreme court that they not only uphold Prop H8, but also invalidate all the same-sex marriages performed between June & Election Day!
Now how the hell is this “family values”? Breaking families apart against their wills? Stealing their marriages away from them? How much more anti-family can this be?
Well, this is far from over. The court won’t even hear oral arguments until March. So if you can, remember to help ACLU give the gift of equality as they now prepare to fight in court to protect loving couples’ marriages & preserve our civil rights.
