Obama by the Numbers

63.7 million people voted for Barack Obama — nearly 5 million more than voted for John Kerry and surpassing George W. Bush’s 62 million in 2004.

Obama wins traditionally red stated Nevada, North Carolina, Indiana, Ohio, Colorado and New Mexico; he swept New England, the Rustbelt, the Mid-Atlantic states and the West Coast with the exception of Alaska.

Do yourself a favor; spend some time listening to conservative talk radio.  Anger, venom, nearly stroke-induced hatred of Obama is spilling over and its some of the funninest stuff you’ll hear.

    Dan,

Why would you waste your time?

You could drill a hole in your head, pour in battery acid, shake
it all around and it would be better for your than listening to that
    drivel.

for pure comedic effect; it’s fun to listen to them suffer and whine

It really is – don’t miss Rush on KFI 640 AM 9-12 if you’re driving then, I know that means missing some of Hartmann, but it is such a joyful experience when things are going well for us as they are now. Also good for knowing what their latest talking points are gonna be.

What? Come on, what are you? Eleven? I mean, I appreciate a good win. And nobody wanted to see Palin and McCain bite the dust more than I, but your posting stating — and I’ll quote:

“Do yourself a favor; spend some time listening to conservative talk radio. Anger, venom, nearly stroke-induced hatred of Obama is spilling over and its some of the funninest stuff you’ll hear.”

I just find this, kind-of, disturbing, frankly, coming from this site.

    Hatred just isn’t “funny.”

    Like, uh, ever.

Which, in the end, is why I appreciate real comedy — that actually requires timing and talent.

Do note EVER confuse “hate” with being funny. Hate leads to violence. And violence kills. Do you really want to encourage that by tuning into, or worse, baiting these evil people?

“Hate” wasn’t funny for Martin Luther King, John F. Kennedy, John Lennon, or some might say, for Jesus, although I’m willing to bet that the Romans had a few jokes at his expense, too.

You think it’s funny to let hate have a voice? I don’t.

But, folks, hate is not funny. Don’t enable that.
