CA-46: Crazy Dana’s BFF Abramoff Goes to Jail
In case you haven’t yet heard, disgraced Republican lobbyist Jack Abramoff has been sentenced to four years in prison. Yes, the same guy that Dana Rohrabacher exclaimed was getting a “raw deal” is going to jail for his bribing, his cheating, and his deception. But sadly, many of the Congresscritters, like Dana, who did business with Abramoff are still in office.
Here’s what Debbie Cook has to say about today’s big event:
“Rohrabacher’s ongoing relationship with Jack Abramoff and his willingness to excuse his crimes, even now, as Abramoff is sentenced for bribery, speaks volumes about the Congressman’s
judgment and his Washington D.C. mindset.”
Now isn’t it time that we no longer be embarrassed of our members of Congress for allowing themselves to be corrupted like that? Just asking.
