This morning we started our day with the rest of the California Delgation. After retrieving our credentials, we were welcomed by Chairman Art Torres, Lt. Governor John Garamendi, State Controller John Chiang, Secretary of State Debra Bowen, Superintendent of Public Instruction Jack O’Connell, congressman Mike Honda and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi.
