Shawn Steel Laments the Obama Money Machine
Its not often that a post on the Flash Report can make me smile, but Republican apologist Shawn Steel has this post about Senator Barack Obama’s huge fundraising machine and how the Democrats are awash in money this year.
In reading the post, its a classic case of denial for a conservative like Steel. Why is Obama raising so much money? How is it the Democrats have so much cash on hand? Quite simple really. The Republicans totally mismanaged their time in office with runaway spending, careless disregard for the Constitution, a poorly executed war against a nation that never attacked us, and an indifference to immediate crisises facing the American people.
Senator John McCain is proving to be an Olympic class flip flopper. All Republicans can really do is to denegrate Obama’s record so conservatives can settle for McCain.

More and more you see these guys’ pouty passive-aggressive habit of spelling Obama’s name wrong. I’m sure Shawn Steel is educated enough to be able to spell “Barack” right if he wanted to. Let him slink off to muttering, cursing oblivion.
That reminds me of how Republicans say “Democrat Party” when they know they should say “Democratic Party.” In their view, they are always the victims so nothing is off limits, even poor grammar usage. What a bunch of babies!
