Hmmm… I Wonder Why…

Traffic on the toll roads has dropped 10.1%? Can anyone guess why? What’s the reason for fewer people filling up their cars with that lovely $4.60+ per gallon gas to pay even more money to speed down the toll road while emitting more greenhouse gases?

Can you help me figure this out? I mean, aren’t folks excited about the possibility of a new toll road that will rip through an entire state park? ;-)
