My New Project: Clintonistas for Obama

Hey, everyone! I just wanted to let you know about my new blog project. Due to the recent developments in the Presidential Campaign, I felt a need to ensure that Democrats are united to take back the White House. That’s what Clintonistas for Obama is for.

This blog is for all Hillary Clinton supporters ready to move on to support Barack Obama, the Democratic nominee. But still, we’re not out to trash any Democrats. This is meant to be a warm & welcoming forum whose mission is to beat McBush and win back the White House.

So please, feel free to Clintonistas for Obama anytime. Leave a comment and say hi, and I’ll pretty much guarantee you that no troll will bite. We’re all united, and we’re all one big, happy Democratic family again. :-)

Bookmarked! Thanks for this, I never doubted that you would support the nominee, regardless of who they were.

    NOT ME!

The DNC insiders screwed the people.

They simply wanted to get beyond the Clintons!

A Democrat Congress with Mac is sufficient for me!

    HILLARY in 2012!!

Andrew-Excellent idea! I would have been an “Obama supporter for Clinton” had things turned out the other way. Is this a national blog or is it a local one?

RG-2012 would be too late. Think of the damage Bush was able to do in much less time than that. By 2012 under a McCain (95% Bush) Administration, we would be looking at a hardcore right-wing Supreme Court by a 7-2 margin. And that would be a young 7 who would be around a LONG time. Roe v. Wade? History. Landmark civil rights decisions? Not for another 40 years or so. A Democratic Senate is no guarantee that McCain’s judicial nominees will be blocked. We had the necessary number of Democrats in 2005 for a filibuster, but not enough of them got on board. Plus, I think continuing the war in Iraq and beginning yet another war in Iran is a very bad idea. Is a primary grudge really worth sending even more brave young men and women to their deaths?

RG is a nut, Carl, he won’t listen to you. Don’t worry about him. There need to be nuts like him so the rest of us can feel sane. If he were real he would have a real name.

    Worthy project, Andrew! :-)
