When there is something to report I will do so. There is no hearing scheduled for today, it was rescheduled for 9/04. That hearing is a cross complaint filed by Misha and Courtney. The next hearing after that is scheduled on 9/16. That one will be to strike the complaint, also filed by Misha and Courtney.

I see there is a hearing scheduled for August 19th regarding the lawsuit against Misha and Courtney. Another hearing is scheduled for September 9th and yet another one scheduled for September 16th. Will you be providing coverage of this?

You were all over this months ago and I certainly hope that you will cover it with the same zeal that you did previously. I know how much the “truth” means to you and I am sure that you want your readers to hear all the “facts” and not just be fed one sided propaganda.

Thanks for the update. I figured since you seemed to have first hand knowledge of every allegation made that you would also know why Courtney would simply walk away from this.

Those were some pretty serious allegations and maybe it’s just me, but if someone tried to run me off the road and possibly kill me I wouldn’t just walk away.

I look forward to you keeping us updated about the lawsuit against Misha and Courtney. A lot was written previously that was pretty damning in regards to the folks bringing the lawsuit so I eagerly awit to hear about what is said under oath.

There are any number of reasons that could be speculated. A reason why a case is being dropped by the plaintiff is not required by law.

While I am speculating, and have not spoken to Courtney, I believe that the cost of protracted litigation became prohibitive. From what I can tell Edgardo was getting free, or significantly discouinted legal services from the firm Hoa Van Tran works for. Courtney was having to pay those fees herself, in addition to defending herself against Reynoso’s suit against her and Misha Houser.

It could also be that the TRO achieved its purpose which was to deter and prevent any further or future harassmant.

Can we get an update on this? I was wondering how Courtney’s legal actions against Edgardo are going.

These were quite serious allegations and I am sure that Courtney would want to see them thru. Seeing as how you have told the world that everything she claimed is the God’s honest truth I would be sure that she would continue to stand by these serious allegations.

All this has done is make the candidate look bad, the campaign seem corrupt and the whole circumstances a bit off.

Why would someone who gets work from DPOC steal equipment? Really? It’s just an absurd claim.
