    No idea; she does have a history of nepotism from her last turn as Mayor; Irvine has nearly doubled in size since then and as one of the new arrivals in the last 10 years or so, the city has prospered with progressives in the council majority.

    Shea’s platform two years ago: traffic is too congested and you might lose your house to the city’s development practices; of course, she led a fight against a mas transit system in the city that could likely have been operational by now.
