Perhaps you could put your free market theories into practice and sell tapes of the phone calls between Van and Andy, "What the heck is wrong with you people, don't you even know how to spell Supervisor?" Perhaps the BOS should instiute a spelling test as a mininmal level of competency to be supervisor. Those who cannot pass should be sent be to the City Council until they are ready for the big time.
