		<description>Article 1, Section 2 of the Constitution:
No person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the age of twenty five years, and been seven years a citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an inhabitant of that state in which he shall be chosen.

So there is no requirement to move into the district after election.  A member of Congress merely needs to reside in the STATE (not the DISTRICT) that s/he represents.
There have been a few cases of Congressmembers residing outside of their districts, but not many.</description>

		<description>Andrew, is any polling underway for the primary to let us know who&#039;s ahead? 

I still don&#039;t see a lot from Ron&#039;s campaign about what his platform is, and in Ed&#039;s case, I&#039;m bothered by people from outside the district running for Congress.  Shold Ed get elected, he&#039;d be one of the few members of Congress who lives in another congressional district.</description>
