Ed has been in the blogpen here a long time but he’s shy and doesn’t post much. Give him encouragement and he may post more! And yes, it’s the same Ed who we all love.

Thanks for the input. I try to only blog when I feel I have something of importance to say. I’ve been called “frugal” with words, both written and spoken. I happen to think they have a greater impact when one uses fewer of them. Call me old-fashioned.
And I never planned to attend the open house. Had a previous commitment with family tonight (Angel game with my Dad and sisters for his birthday). Just wanted to make sure people knew about it.
