Date with Rush Limbaugh?

Did anyone else catch this in the Orange County Register’s Political Date Book this week?Date with a Wizard

Saturday
8 am. George Duarte, principal of San Clemente High School, will speak at the breakfast meeting of the Rush Limbaugh Club of Orange County. $16 at the door, or $14 if you RSVP to 949-361-1064.

I find it kind of strange that a public school principal is going to be the keynote at this (very) partisan group. On top of that, isn’t the Rush Limbaugh Club even more extreme and biased than a regular GOP club?

How would Republicans act if the principal of Laguna Beach High School was the keynote at the Orange County Che Guevara Club?  Or does this matter?

It wouldn’t matter, it is a job title only…

They are regular folks and should be allowed to share there views with others….

The problem would be if he states a club on campus, for that fact any political party stating a club at a high school would be wrong

You mean we actually have an Orange County Che Guevara Club? Forget about the high school principal, maybe we can get Mr. Biased Rush Limbaugh to speak. If Phil Ochs could go on the Wally George show, why not Rush at the OC Che Guevara Club.

You have to love the irony of a group named after someone who has dodged the draft, been married three times, is now a convicted felon, and has a history of using and buying drugs illegally.

And then proclaims his good conservative values daily.
