Janet Nguyen evades the law
Everyone is still waiting for County Supervisor Janet Nguyen to comply with the provisions of TIN CUP. I posted about it here, and you can also read stories about it on Total Buzz and the other Orange County blogs (excluding our friends at Orange Juice…they’ve been suspiciously quiet on the topic).

I am pretty sure we have discussed it, within other posts and in response to comments from our readers. I just don’t think this is the biggest story in the O.C.
But I am curious as to why she has not filed. Ryan thinks she must be trying to hide the names of her contributors. Makes sense. Van Tran is a vindictive fellow and he will surely go after them – particularly if they are Vietnamese.
Art – she is gonna have to disclose them anyway come July 31….so that excuse is weak. Quit making excuses for her. She is knowingly and purposely evading the law. The law says 3 days (72 hours)! If any other politician did this – let’s just say Carona, you would have a post on OJ everyhour ranting about it and having a cow!
