Every time a new major road needs to be built to address traffic concerns the same kind of ridiculous three ring legal circus ensues. Once the residents are in place it's too late to decide to not build a previously planned road. If the infrastructure is not sufficient for the population then we have the county and cities to blame. If a park or wilderness area needs to be preserved then that should be taken into consideration BEFORE new homes are built. I’ve lived in South Orange County all of my life.
