Irvine: Beth Krom’s State of the City Address

The PDF has Irvine Mayor Beth Krom’s State of the City address. In a nutshell, life is good. Residents overwhelmingly happy with the city, its services and the direction the city is headed. $117 Million budget contains a $6 million budget surplus — so I guess the party of “Borrow and Spend” can’t complain.

Note to her critics, especially at the Register: this is what competent government looks like.
